Carriages New Years - Rewards
 

1. All entries must be submitted by signing up to our mailing list via our website.
​2. By signing up, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

3. Entries will be void if an entry:

• does not comply with these terms and conditions; or

• are incomplete or illegible.

 4. The opening date for entries is 6:00pm on Friday 5th December 2025, the closing date of the prize draw is Midnight on Wednesday 31st December 2025.  Entries received after this time will not be counted.

5. allpay Limited and Carriages Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

6. Rewards will be given on the night when you dine during January 8th to February 13th 2026.

7. Reward will be either 10%, 20% or 50% off your food bill or a complimentary bottle of house wine - selected by Carriages Ltd staff. Only one reward per booking.

8. The reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.  The reward can not be used on event nights at Carriages Restaurant i.e. Burns Night.

9. The decision of allpay Limited and Carriages Ltd regarding any aspect of the reward is binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

10.Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Allpay Limited reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the reward to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

11. allpay Limited and Carriages Ltd reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

12. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the allpay Limited’s or Carriages Ltd's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, Allpay Limited or Carriages Ltd's will not be legally responsible to entrants for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Allpay Limited or Carriages Ltd's or to you at the time of entry to this prize draw or which are caused by a third party. Your statutory rights are not affected.

13. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Allpay Limited's or Carriages Ltd's  Privacy | Carriages Restaurant (carriageshereford.co.uk).
