About the Event
Join us from Wednesday 7th May to Sunday 11th May as we mark the 80th anniversary of VE Day with a week of nostalgia, celebration, and good cheer. We’re transforming The Sidings to take you back to 1945—when the sound of homebound trains symbolised victory, relief, and hope for the future.
Throughout the week, soak up the lively atmosphere, enjoy a special themed menu in the café, and check out wartime vehicles on display.
✨ The main event? Our VE Day Garden Party on Saturday, 10th May! Expect live music, supplier stalls, and plenty of feel-good moments—the perfect mix of old-time charm and community spirit.
