What are your opening hours?

The café is open Wednesday – Saturday 10am – 5pm, and 10am – 3pm on Sundays.

The farm shop is open Wednesday – Saturday 10am – 6pm, and 10am – 4pm on Sundays.

Is The Sidings a licenced premises?

We are licenced to sell alcohol responsibly on the premises for the café and for consumption off the premises from the farm shop from 12pm.

What will I find on the menu in the café?

Our menu is seasonal and focuses on local produce with a brunch/lunch feel. We also have a regular specials board and homemade cakes too.

Are dogs welcome at The Sidings Farm Shop and Café?

Well behaved dogs that are on leads are welcome outside, but not in the café and the farm shop, unless they are a service dog. Any dog mess must be cleared up and taken with you.

Do I need to pre-book a table?

There is no need to pre-book a table, but it is advisable through Open Table, or by calling 01432 852 303.

Is The Sidings Farm Shop and Café pushchair and wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we are pushchair accessible, but we ask that pushchairs are not brought into the actual café carriage due to space restrictions (like any train carriage!). The grounds, terrace and the farm shop are accessible to wheelchair users, but we recommend that you come with a carer as the ramps leading to the terrace and the farm shop are steep in places. We also have a disabled toilet with baby changing facilities.

Do you provide highchairs?

Due to the design of the carriages, it isn’t possible for a highchair to be used. We do have a couple of booster seats if available.

Do you have parking?

We have free open-air car parking outside our farm shop and café which includes a disabled bay.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

We are happy to cater for any special dietary requirements. Please let a member of the team know of any when you arrive so we can best advise you. We have vegetarian and vegan options and have gluten free and dairy free meals available. Depending on the severity of your dietary needs we may need to know of your requirements in advance.

Do you take cash in the café and the farm shop?

You can pay by cash or card in both the café and farm shop.

Can I place an order for flowers in the farm shop?

Yes indeed, we have three florists able to provide the most beautiful flowers for any occasion. Please speak to a member of staff in the Farm Shop to place your order.
