Chef de Partie
​Due to the continuing success of Carriages Restaurant and The Sidings, we have a vacancy within our kitchen brigade for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team working across our outlets on site. The position is predominantly for The Sidings but there is room to grow in our other outlets, including our fine dining restaurant, Carriages.
​
We offer on top of your salary a share of tips, on average 37.5 hours per week as well as other benefits.​
